はじめまして。
大阪・新町にある CAFE FRISKY（カフェ フリスキー）です。
2026年5月30日にグランドオープンしてから、少しずつたくさんのお客様に足を運んでいただけるようになりました。
心斎橋駅から徒歩約6分、四ツ橋駅から徒歩約2分。
朝7:00から夜24:00まで、時間帯を問わずふらっと立ち寄っていただけるカフェを目指しています。
自家焙煎のコーヒーを、もっと身近に。
FRISKYでは、コーヒー豆の選定から焙煎まで自分たちで行い、一杯一杯丁寧に仕上げています。
使用する豆によって変わる香りや甘さ、酸味、コク。
同じ「コーヒー」でも、豆や焙煎によってこんなにも表情が変わる。
そんなコーヒーの面白さを、もっと気軽に楽しんでもらえたらと思っています。
店内で楽しんでいただくのはもちろん、コーヒー豆やドリップバッグなど、ご自宅で楽しめるアイテムもご用意しています。

FRISKYは、朝から夜までそれぞれの時間を楽しんでいただける場所でありたいと考えています。
朝は、出勤前にコーヒーを一杯。
休日には、ゆっくりワッフルやホットドッグを楽しむ朝食。
午後は、友人とのカフェタイムやひとりで過ごす時間。
そして夜は、仕事終わりや食事のあとに、落ち着いてコーヒーやスイーツを楽しむ。
その日の気分やライフスタイルに合わせて、自由に使っていただけるカフェを目指しています。

We are Cafe FRISKY, located in Shinmachi, Osaka.
Since our grand opening on May 30, 2026, we have been gradually welcoming more and more wonderful guests through our doors.
Just about a 6-minute walk from Shinsaibashi Station and a 2-minute walk from Yotsubashi Station, FRISKY is open from 7:00 AM until midnight. We want to be a café where you can casually drop by and enjoy a cup of coffee at any time of day.
Making Specialty Coffee More Accessible
At FRISKY, we select and roast our own coffee beans, carefully preparing every cup from start to finish.
The aroma, sweetness, acidity, and richness can all change depending on the beans we use.
Even though it is all simply “coffee,” different beans and roasting methods can create such wonderfully different flavors and personalities.
We want more people to discover just how fascinating coffee can be—and to enjoy that experience in a relaxed, approachable way.
In addition to enjoying coffee at our café, we also offer coffee beans and drip coffee bags that you can take home and enjoy whenever you like.
